Return Policy

If you need to return product you received from us, please contact us first at gifts1@charter.net. We will issue you a return authorization number. Items may be returned within 15 days of receipt, in good condition, for exchange or refund (excluding shipping charges).

All items returned must be sent by insured Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or UPS and must have our return authorization number on the box or shipping label. We are not responsible for items damaged in shipment; we offer postal insurance and UPS insures up to $100.00 at no additional cost.

No COD's, Collect packaging or shipping charges will be accepted.
